Step 3 - How to Set Up Your System for an At Home Visit (Remote Visit)

Currently, Windows 10 is not yet supported for remote video visitation.  We are working to identify the incompatibilties and hope to have resolution soon.  Please check back later for further updates.

Due to technologations limitations inherent in Satellite internet (DishNet, Excede, HughesNet, StarBand, WildBlue and many others) we cannot guarantee the quality of video visitation when utilizing satellite internet service. Furthermore, VizVox will not be able to research problems that the remote visitor may experience (dropped calls, choppy video and/or audio etc.). If you are unsure of your internete service type, please contact your internet provider to confirm.

If you plan to schedule a remote session please log in and follow the remote user instructions.
